The AGENCY shredded appeals by the THOUSANDS,
at the level of a CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY, but
miraculously all FIVE of your appeals supposedly
made it and went your way?

The shredding by CPS was done in a single month in 2004, which didn't
coincide with any of of my appeals.
