Nope. I know he was wrong because I read the transcripts of the expert
testimony at the Autism Omnibus Hearings which showed precisely why he
was wrong.

So if a Doctor or Homopathetic person feeds you arsenic and you die, that it
is ok by you as long as their science was "sound".

Too bad you lack the education to know what science is.

In the UK at least he would not be able to act as an expert witness in

he would be subject to voir dire, and the Frye and Daubert cases would
get him tossed. However, no attorney in their right midn would use
him. The atttorney would be opening themselves up for malpractice.
